If the current tab is an image with its thumbnail as the favicon, reloading a
tab with no favicon will cause it to take the thumbnail from the current tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a page with no favicon.
2. Open an image in a new tab.
3. Right-click the first tab and select "Reload Tab."

Actual Results:  
The first tab appears with the thumbnail from the second.

Expected Results:  
The first tab should continue to display the default favicon after reloading.

A more annoying case of this.  A bookmark of a site with no favicon could easily
get assigned another site's favicon persistant across browser sessions (this
happens to me by accident fairly regularly)

1. visiting the first site with no favicon (have it in your bookmarks)
2. visit the second site but cancel before the site is finished loading.

The cancel on 2 appears to occur after the favicon is loaded but before the rest
of the page is loaded.  The result is that it assigns the favicon to the
previous site and the icon is now stuck in the bookmarks... the only way to get
rid of it is to remove it from the bookmarks and readd it.

I think comment 1 is a different bug...

Confirming this bug because it happens to me when I have my auto-reloading
network status pages open and load an image on another tab.
