When an address book is printed or displayed in print preview it is not in
alphabetical order as displayed in address book window.  The address book is
sorted by name and ascending order.  There was no difference when I installed
Mozilla 1.7.5 which has been subsequently removed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Sort an address book by name and ascending order.
2.Print or print preview.
3.

Actual Results:  
The result is not in alphabetical order.

Expected Results:  
An alphabetical ordered list.
