justified -- text should be aligned with both the left and right margins. In
Mozilla, the text is only left-justified.

Err, what? The summary is totally disjointed from the description, it's filed
using a two-year old version of Mozilla, and it's not a security bug. Marking
this as invalid. If indeed a problem exists, please file a new non security bug
with whatever it is you're trying to say, testing using a recent build.
