Thi spage renders only the Source .. i mean tags. and not the actual web page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just open the link in a browser, I.E opens its fine

That's because they send the wrong MIME-type (text/plain), it should be text/html.

Jay, explain to them that their server is misconfigured and that you use MSIE 6
on Windows XP with the setting "Disable Open files based on content, not file
extension" turned on which means their content is broken for you in IE as well.

That might wake them up and get them to fix it.

From the results at netcraft the site looks to be running on Apache 1.3.29
I have seen other sites running on apache where the server returns the default
content type which is text/plain. This seens to be a bug in apache and according
to this bug post in the apache bug database:
http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=32812
It may still be in the latest version. So it might not be a misconfiguration of
the server.

Server appears to be defunct (timing out). FIXED by death of server.
