Goto http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecommerce/CarModels.asp?SELECT=true and pick
any car from their list. Then go back to http://www.eurocarparts.com and click
'change vehicle' - in IE, this will re-prompt you to pick your car model. In
firefox, it does nothing

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Goto http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecommerce/CarModels.asp?SELECT=true and pick
any car from their list. Then go back to http://www.eurocarparts.com and click
'change vehicle' - in IE, this will re-prompt you to pick your car model. In
firefox, it does nothing
Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
gone to a different page to reselect the car model
