It has mouse over Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to http://www.lava.ee/problem 2. Check the mouseover. It works. 3. Now scroll with scrollbar a bit bottom and check the text mouseover agian.
Click on one of the items, then mouse over again...it seems like the flash screen has 'lost focus' somehow, and once u click in it, the mouse overs work again
UNCONFIRMED?

How about minimzing that code as much as possible and attaching it as a testcase to this bug?

cleaned up code. can't make testcase file, beacuase sIFR (http://wiki.novemberborn.net/sifr/show/HomePage) uses some flash files outside the html.
scrolling with scrollwheel also loses focus!
Confirmed, and adding: If you scroll back to the *original* scrollbar position, using either the scrollwheel or the scrollbar, the mouseover effect works again, even if the scrollbar is not in the top position. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to http://www.lava.ee/problem 2. Check the mouseover. It works. 3. Scroll down a little bit, keeping the graphic on the screen. 4. Check the mouseover. It doesn't work. 5. Hit F5 to reload the page. Verify that the scrollbar is not in the topmost position. 6. Check the mouseover. It works. 7. Scroll down one bit (easiest to reproduce with scrollwheel). 8. Check the mouseover. It doesn't work. 9. Scroll up one bit to original position. 10. Check the mouseover. It works. 3. Now scroll with scrollbar a bit bottom and check the text mouseover agian.
(Please ignore that trailing 'Step 3.' in the above message)
