Details

position can fail for all sorts of reasons, insertafter should give slightly
better results.
The link referenced here refers to a file that is not part of Calendar, but
rather lives in the 'extensions' folder of CVS.  Not sure what product to send
this bug to, though.  If a suitable place can't be found, then probably WONTFIX.
 (The file hasn't been changed in over a year.)
