IE and netscape open it fine as it's supposed to be. Reproducible: Always Expected Results: opened the extension as a web page

Chris, explain to them that their server is misconfigured and that you use MSIE 6 on Windows XP with the setting "Disable Open files based on content, not file extension" turned on which means their content is broken for you in IE as well. That might wake them up and get them to fix it.
