Everytime i try to open an .aspx extension on this website it tries to download
the file and will not allow me to view the page. IE and netscape open it fine as
it's supposed to be.

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:
opened the extension as a web page
content is served as application/octet-stream. find a contact for them and tell
them to fix their script.

Chris, explain to them that their server is misconfigured and that you use MSIE
6 on Windows XP with the setting "Disable Open files based on content, not file
extension" turned on which means their content is broken for you in IE as well.

That might wake them up and get them to fix it.
Site's been totally redesigned. This looks FIXED.
