In the new Options dialog -- Attachments, View & Edit Actions -- if you select a 
listed file type and click Change Action, the dialog shows the fields for the 
application names collapsed to zero (or near-zero) height, so that the name is 
not readable.  TB 1.0+0316, Win2K.

This was working better with 0309, but there were still some problems with that.
