On both IGN.com and Gamespot.com, you will notice that with all Windows Systems,
there is a glitch with the page's flash content. When the page is being loaded,
the flash objects are buzzing and flashing (not staying in place). After the
page is completely loaded, there is no problem.

Also, when you load a Quicktime video on IGN.com, the streaming video isn't
streaming anymore, meaning you need to wait for it to load completely. And for
the Windows media player format, well you just can't play it at all.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Flash Glitch
1.Go to IGN.com or Gamespot.com
2.Skip the add (it sometimes has glitches too)
3.Go to the website and watch the bad glitches (the intensity of the glitch
varies from one PC to a other but is always there in a way)

Movie Glitch
1.Go to IGN.com
2.click on any platform in the left column list
3.then click on ''gamelist'' in the left column
4.then click on any games listed there
5.once in the game page, click on the link called ''video''
6.then, choose a video and click on the Windows Media Video link
7.watch and notice it won't play by any means
8.for the part with the non streaming (streaming) quicktime video, you need a
IGN account, because the quicktime videos are restricted to insiders only (wich
I am and you got to pay for it) I am sorry but I can't help you and I cannot
just give you my account like this, maybe if we had a more secured
converstation, email to email.
Actual Results:
After performing the first glitch, all is correct until you load a other page
and the glitch restarts aigain until the page is completely loaded.

After doing the second glitch, you never get to watch the Windows Media Video
but you get to watch the Quicktime video after it has been fully downloaded.

A alternative for the quicktime video is to click download insted of view.
Firefox will then allow you to just open in quicktime without saving it to your
computer, allowing you to view the movie in fullscreen (quicktime pro only) and
saving it after if you want (quicktime pro only). Infact, the same thing that
should have happened while watching the video on IGN execpt for the fact it
should be streaming video, not download and watch after wich takes more time to do.

Expected Results:
Glitch one should have been no flashes and glitches at all. The flash windows
should have stayed in place without making a buzzed image temporarily.

Glitch two should had allowed you to watch a Windows Media Streaming Video and a
Quicktime Streaming video.

The glitch works, at my knowledge on Windows XP, 2000, ME, and 98. The others
haven't been tested. The first glitch works on both IGN and Gamespot. Though the
second one is only for IGN.

WFM. There are two issues here. Both are fixed. (bug 228059 and bug 246138)
