When bookmark menu is pulled down and I right click on a bookmark, I do not get
a sub-menu. Instead it will disable the Bookmark menu and I need restart
Firefox to get the menu to work again to see Bookmarks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox
2.Open Bookmarks menu
3.Right click in Bookmarks menu

Actual Results:
Bookmarks menu will not show any Bookmarks

Expected Results:
Produced sub-menu with options
Reporter, I can't reproduce this. Please try again with a clean profile and
reopen if necessary.
