Details

In previous builds, opening Thunderbird (if a mail window is already open) would
simply bring the open window to the front and focus it. Recently, however,
opening Thunderbird under the same circumstances will result in a second mail
window being opened. This behavior can be annoying - especially when clicking on
an email link in a browser.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Thunderbird.
2) Click an email link in Firefox.
3) Watch as Thunderbird opens a second mail window along with the expected
compose window.
