User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050225 Firefox/1.0.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050225 Firefox/1.0.1

When attempting to access an FTP website (ex. ftp:\\skilloverluck.com) without a
login within the url (ex. ftp:\\user@skilloverluck.com), I am given a 530
Incorrect Login Error.

Shouldn't there be a window prompting for login and password? But it works fine
when the login is within the URL.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to FTP address (ex. ftp://skilloverluck.com)

Actual Results:
Received a 530 Incorrect Login Error

Expected Results:
Prompted for Login and Password for FTP access.
