I've live behind corporate firewalls and proxy servers. The bugzilla client is
unable to connect through my secure proxy, actually I didn't find anywhere to
specify proxy user and passwords details. I think we use a Microsoft proxy server.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Firefox crashes and launches the bUGzILLA client, which then tries to send
it's report through to the server
2.  It can never complete the transfer, and there is no bugzilla error reported.

Actual Results:  
Bugzilla caches the unsent report.

Expected Results:  
It should have either failed with a message saying unable to connect to server,
or even better it should prompt for proxy server login details.  We should also
have a spot in options to specifiy proxy server login details.

I've never heard of such a thing.  Where did you get it?

OK, based on your statement about "Firefox crashes and launches the bUGzILLA
client, which then tries to send it's report through to the server" I'm almost
positive you mean Talkback.  Moving the bug there.  (Talkback actually isn't
related to Bugzilla at all, it's a separate service).
