windigs font shows in IE but not Firefox

Look at the footer of the URL in IE and you'll see three symbols for the three
links. Look in Firefox and you see a normal character in some substitute font.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use windigs font
2.View in IE
3.View in Firefox

Actual Results:  
You see symbols as intended in IE and characters in Firefox.

Expected Results:  
It should display the symbols in the windigs font.
