when downloading very large files, the download speed and amount of data
downloaded turn into negative values after downloading the 1st 2GBs of the file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start downloading a file larger than 2GBs
2. wait until the 1st two GBs are downloaded
3.

Actual Results:  
the download speed and the amount of data downloaded turned into negative
numbers, and the progress bar runs like crazy

Expected Results:  
continue having positive numbers.
