Run Solaris 10 for SPARC. Attempts to read pdf files crash the browser with

It should be noted that this works fine under Solaris 8 with the
firefox-1.0-sparc-sun-solaris2.8.tar.gz build. Under Solaris 10
am using firefox-sparc-sun-solaris2.10-gtk2+xft.tar.gz contribution.
Same .mozilla profile and Acrobat Reader 5.10 for both systems.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run Firefox
2.Go to any web site that has pdf files
3.Launch pdf link

Actual Results:
Browser crashes with output noted above.

Expected Results:
Displayed pdf file under pluggin control

Acrobat Reader 7 has been released recently.
Could this be migration problems between 2 versions?
If your system did get updated acrobat, try reinstalling plugin and logging out
to update your environment.

Acrobat Reader 7 is available for Windows and Macintosh, the latest rev for the
SPARC is 5.0.10 which is what was used on both Solaris 8 and Solaris 10 SPARC.
This is not a Firefox bug - I found the solution on the Adobe website. The
problem is caused by excessive temp .pdf files, which hangs up the Reader. Go
to this web page on the Adobe site to fix it:
http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/329444.html

Worked for me!
emorgan, that technote from Adobe may not apply since mig is reporting this on
Solaris.

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01".

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
Thank you for your help in this matter.
