I want to forward a mail.
If open a HTML mail, it is shown as plain text, if I click forward, it is
forwarded as plain text.

If right click on a html mail and select forward in kontext menu, the message is
shown in HTML with downloading pictures from server, what I have forbidden.
This is against my privacy settings!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Setting:
In View > Message Body As > plain text   is set.
Preferences > Privacy and Securety > Images > "Do not load remot Images in Mail
& newsgroups messages"    is selected.
2. right click on a html mail
3. select forward in kontext menu
4 Mail is shown in HTML with downloading pictures from remote server.

Actual Results:  
Mail is shown in HTML with downloading pictures from remote server.


Expected Results:  
Preview should respect options and privacy settings. Format should be plain text
(or as set).

Moving this to "1.7 branch" was a silly thing to do.
