The spell checker can provide duplicate suggestions.  Each suggestion should
only be suggested once.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new message composition window.
2. Enter the text "Anythoughts?" (sans quotes) in the message field.
3. Click "Spell" to launch the spell checker.


Actual Results:  
Spell cheker suggests
  Any thoughts
  Any thoughts

Expected Results:  
Only suggested it once.
