File > New Window or (Ctl-N) generates a new window ok, but the startup URL is the
not the same as the current URL. Instead, it is the default startup page.
Maybe this is intentional but the functionality is not the same as IE or as useful.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Ctrl-N
2.
3.

Actual Results:
A new instance of Firefox was generated but not with the current URL.

Expected Results:
An new instance of Firefox with the current URL
