How do i change the default value in the "Assign To:" field.

Reproducible: Always
This is not the right place to ask questions.

The answer is: select the "Reassign bug to" radio and enter the name of the new
assignee (aka owner).
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
Closed: 20 years ago
Resolution: --- → INVALID
