Cosmic Cat's extension will not install properly because of version
incompatablities. His site says 0.8 thru 1.0PR. It is helpful when browsing
to be able to keep track of time. I'm not sure but I believe 1.0.1 version 
number check is creating the blockage of the install.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to Cosmic Cat site
2. click install.
3.

Actual Results:  
Popup showing version conflict

Expected Results:  
Extension Download manager should have shown the extension installed.

The extension needs to be updated to support later versions of Firefox. This is
not something that mozilla.org has any control over. You should contact the
extension author to let him know that you'd like to see an upgraded version.
