i was using file>open to load http://www.macromedia.com, windows automatically
downloads just the text/html file to a temporary internet files folder, but
doesn't do things like fixing up paths, so something asked for /js/globalnav.js
as a script and got poorly reparented. not sure what other special bits it took
to do this.
