javascript:history.go(0) goes into infinite recursive loop

I'm assuming that the javascript:history.go(0) is the actual cause, but in any case, if you load the above URL, and then click on a triangle in the left column to expand the given group, the browser goes into this slow recursive loop and never returns to the user. I don't think it's layout, because there's lots of history and jsurl stuff on the stack.

yes(Repro'd). all platforms. 2000022108 builds. Linux hangs. Mac and Win CRASH. submittted talkback(win) and referenced bug 28671 in comments.
