I'm assuming that the javascript:history.go(0) is the actual cause, but in any
case, if you load the above URL, and then click on a triangle in the left column
to expand the given group, the browser goes into this slow recursive loop and
never returns to the user. I don't think it's layout, because there's lots of
history and jsurl stuff on the stack.
