Thunderbird Themes Download Incorrect Directions / no access to .jar.  When you
follow the directions for downloading the theme for THUNDERBIRD (not Firefox)
you get the .php code that points to the file, not the actuall jar file.  For
example, follow your own instructions at: 
https://addons.update.mozilla.org/themes/moreinfo.php?application=thunderbird&version=1.0&os=Windows&id=131

Actual Results:  
no .jar file

Expected Results:  
downloaded the .jar file
