Steps to reproduce:
1.  Look for information about how to write plug-ins for the new Web plug-in API
    announced by the Mozilla Foundation, with other browser and plug-in vendors,
    nine months ago <http://www.mozilla.org/press/mozilla-2004-06-30.html>.

Expected results:
*   Such information exists and is linked to from
    <http://www.mozilla.org/projects/plugins/>.

Actual results:
*   Such information is nowhere to be found. The API docs linked to from
    <http://www.mozilla.org/projects/plugins/> are at least two years old.
I think we should make http://www.mozilla.org/projects/plugins/ redirect to http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Plugins after making sure all useful information from the former page is mentioned on MDC.
