-click Tools | Themes to open the Theme Manager

tested results:
The default theme is listed twice. Install more themes, close and return to the
theme manager.  All themes will be listed twice as follows:

Theme A
Theme B
Theme C
Theme A
Theme B
Theme C

expected results:
A single occurance of each theme in the theme managers list of themes.
