Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050223 Firefox/1.0.1
You can open a new tab in a popup without the tabbed browser menu visible.
This could be confusing for some users.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a popup (xxx Spicy Brains in this case).
2. Right click on a link and select open in a new tab.
3. Link opens in a new tab, but of course you can't see it because the title bar
in not a property of the popup (you can CTRL TAB to it however).
Actual Results:
Opened in an invisible tab.
Expected Results:
Either disable the new tab menu option, or show the tabs on selecting open in a
new tab.

and if the new tabs are not laoded in background, the new tab seems to replace
the old tab (because you can't see the tab bar)
as described above, you still can switch to it. (using CTRL-PageUp/PageDown on
Linux)
