Mozilla Thunderbird have a excellent progress bar that works fine when I send a
mail with a big attachment. BUT... Mozilla Thunderbird have not progress bar
when I am receiving a mail with a big attachment. Sometimes I am wondering about
if Thunderbird was crashed or not.

PLEASE! PUT A PROGRESS BAR TO READ NEW MESSAGES TOO!!!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.When i send a mail with a big attachment, progress bar (x%) appear. It is good!
2.When i receive a mail with big attachments, Thunderbird have not progress bar.
It is BAD!
