This page is dynamically creating a javascript call to a ".js" file in
media.fastclick.net.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clean up your cookies
2. Be sure that "Block Popup Windows" option is active.
3. Go to http://www.galaxy.com/info/submit/
4. See different advertisements in popup windows.

Actual Results:  
An expected advertisement blocks my main window.

Expected Results:  
The popup window should be blocked.
They are using Flash
