folder pane icon for a couple of my imap accounts show new mail when there isn't
any (there was, but it got removed by another client)
I have two clients running, tbird on windows xp and another client on another
machine, both checking the same account.
tbird does imap, and the other client does pop (in case that matters).
new mail comes in, and tbird changes the folder pane icon for the account to
indicate I have new mail.
I use the other client, and delete the messages.
after biff fires, tbird sees there is no new mail, and updates the folder pane,
but doesn't update the icon for the account.
see the attached screen shot.

hmm, quite similar to my bug 317348 - I did'n't file it here since my situation is two IMAP accesses, not pop+imap (bug perhaps mine a dup)
