Launch Thunderbid. Now launch it again. You end up with two 3-pane windows
instead of us just focusing the original window.

Run with -compose, note that the compose window comes up in addition to a mail 3
pane window.

Regression caused by some command line handling changes I made last week.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
