Steps:
1. Launch Messenger using the -mail option
2. Click on New Msg to bring up the Compose window
3. Select Options|Format
Actual result: The Ask Me option is disabled
Expected result: Should be enabled 

This problem does not occur on Win32 and Linux.

I don't see this on my Mac and have never seen it! It's the platform on which I 
have developed the Inteligent HTML send feature. Mark it as works for me.
