Classic Theme looks like the Modern Theme but with Icons from Classic. Changing
Theme will only change the Icon-Set. 

Think this one could be an regression from shavers Checkin yesterday in

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install aktuall Nightly from Tinderbox (2005031823 or later)
2. Choose the Classic-Theme 
3.

Actual Results:  
Mozilla starts up with mix from Modern and Classic Iconset

Expected Results:  
Just start up with good old Classic Theme

A non-working default theme is a blocker for seamonkey.

I think that's a mistake of shaver, I don't think he intended to check into
core/seamonkey code without sr and bug number...

This one change should be backed out, IMO

Yes, that's correct; I was working from a conversation with bsmedberg, and I
misinterpreted his information about skinVersion obsolescence.  I didn't even
consider that there was pre-skinVersion code using the parts in themes/, since I
was working on trunk-tbird at the time.

My apologies; I've backed it out.
