Steps to Reproduce:
1. There are no extensions in Tools > Extensions.
2. Can't install extensions.
3. Reinstalling Firefox has no effect.
Actual Results:  
Nothing

Please be more specific in your report. There isn't much we can do without you
actually describing what you tried to do and what happened. That's what the
Steps To Reproduce, Actual results and other boxes were for.
