Was using a remote network drive to download to, now the network is down. Any
time I try to download a file, the program freezes and has to be killed in task
manager .

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.set save directory on a remote drive
2.remove computer from network
3.attempt to save a file

Actual Results:  
program freezes/crashes

Expected Results:  
allowed a choice of save location
