After opening and closing a site from the list of URLs in Bookmarks Manager
Firefox can't be reopened before killing it in the Windows task-manager

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Bookmarks Manager
2.select and open a URL from the list
3.close the window the URL

Actual Results:  
Firefox can't be reopened before killing it in the taskmanager

Expected Results:  
obvious
Seems to be WFM, FF1.0.1, WinXP
Resolved by reinstalling all extensions: Enhanced History Manager, ForecastFox
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
