The current wizard to create a new calendar isn't the best bit of UI. It isn't
even a wizard. Just one page. This could be improved.

This is what I currently have. mostly works, but i can't test the details at

From an IRC discussion with mvl:

<sipaq> seems to work basically
<sipaq> but if you don't put anything into the uri field, it just accepts that
<sipaq> there should be some checks in place
<sipaq> also 'uri' is a pretty useless field description for a normal user
<sipaq> also the wizard accepts nameless calendars, which it shouldn't
<sipaq> the wizard doesn't fully work in local-calendar-mode
<sipaq> if you press next on the second screen after choosing a name and a color
nothing happens
<sipaq> it works in remote-calendar-mode
<sipaq> but not in local-calendar-mode
<sipaq> also, your version is not localizable at the moment, but I guess this in
on purpose?

This patch fixes the issues raised by sipaq, except the problem with creating
local calendars. That should be fixed by vlad, in the storage code. Also, this
isn't localizable yet, but i want review on the wizard first. Then i'll fix
that.
