On the various folders in mail there are 14 items that can be in the columns. 
The problem is when I set my columns for INBOX I cant set a different set of
columns for SENT or another folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open mail to INBOX folder
2.set columns
3.open different folder.  You cant make this folder differnt from the INBOX.  If
you do, the INBOX looks like the folder you just changed



Expected Results:  
Eaqch folder should be able to have the columns set independently from the others.

(Outlook has this feature, and it's the ONLY thing in Outlook that is better
than Mozilla Mail or Thunderbird
