When you open a high resolution image (large enough to cause a resized image) an
then click to make it full width (so that both a horizontal an vertical
scrollbar appears) then midle-click the 'auto scroll image' only displays
vertical scrolling.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open High res image(to cause resizing)
2.Click to make it full width/height again (there must be both a horizontal and
vertical scrollbar)
3.Middle click (to auto scroll)

Actual Results:  
The image only displays vertical scrolling

Expected Results:  
Should display both horizontal and vertical scrolling
