I uninstalled Adblock from the option listed within the application window, not
from the extension manager.  Now I cannot get the extension manager window to
open at all.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install adblock
2.From within the options on adblock, select uninstall
3.attempt to open extensions

Actual Results:  
I cannot reproduce as I cannot open extensions manager
It's a problem with Adblock's uninstaller. You should always use Firefox's
built-in uninstaller
