I am not sure when this started, but I now have six working bookmarks, with six
non-working mirror/identical icons. If you try to delete the non-working icon,
the active icon is deleted as well. Very strange.  I have removed and
reinstalled Firefox twice, without any change.

Reproducible: Always
This was a known problem with builds from the 18th - builds from before/after
this date are fine.
