User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; de-de) AppleWebKit/125.5.6 (KHTML, like Gecko) Safari/125.12 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 To: Firefox People Re: FF: GUI Problem on Mac Hiya, I just wanted to let you know about an occasional GUI rendering problem on FireFox 1.01, when viewed on Mac 10.3.8 It was also present with FF 1.00 When viewing pages with the Status Bar turned off (to maximize real estate), the DOWN scroll arrow is covered by the RESIZE button (bottom right of the window). The UP scroll arrow is still intact. Neither Safari nor Explorer has this issue. The issue seems to be primarily dependent on the absence of ANY bar at the bottom of the screen, whether it is the normal status bar, or a horizontal scroll bar. It is independent of a) file type ( .txt .html .htm .jpg ) b) screen resolution c) window size (as long as no horiz. scrolling is needed) The problem glitches frequently, but not always consistently. I am still trying to figure out when else it seems to work. I've thrown up a screenshot at http://udel.edu/~samwaltz/ff101_on_mac1038.jpg Thanks for your attention, Sam Waltz samwaltzjunk@mail.com Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Firefox to any non-horizontal scrolling site 2.Turn off Status Bar 3. Actual Results: *poof* Scroll Down arrow disappears under resize button. Expected Results: Up/Down scroll buttons should have been bumped up, 10ish pixels to allow for resize button.
