287113 - Default browser cache location not appropriate for corporate deployment

The default browser cache location for Firefox under Windows (2000 and XP) is
"c:\Documents and Settings\username\Application
Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[random string]\Cache" and "c:\Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[random
string]\Cache.Trash". 

In an NT4 Domain or Windows 2000 or 2003 Active Directory environment where the
administrator has enabled roaming profiles (user settings that follow the user
from one PC to the next), the cache becomes part of the roaming profile. 

Roaming profiles should be small (under 10mb) to ensure users are quickly logged
in. User profiles contain a Local Settings folder (c:\documents and
settings\username\Local Settings). The contents of this folder are not copied to
and from the server when the user logs on/off. Internet Explorer puts it's
browser cache here, thus this folder would be the appropriate location for
Firefox's browser cache as well.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable Roaming Profiles in a NT4 Doamin or Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory
enviorment.
Actual Results:  
The larger the browser cache grows, the longer it takes for a user to log on and
off of in a Windows enviorment where roaming profiles are enabled. 

Expected Results:  
Store the browser cache under "c:\Documents and Settings\username\Local
Settings\Application Data\Firefox" instead of "c:\documents and
settings\username\Application Data\Firefox"
