If the composition window is opened from a mailto: link or from using Apple's
Address Book, then File->Save As->Draft will silently fail, with nothing
actually performed. Also, if the compose window is closed before the mail is
sent, there is no pop-up window reminding the user to save as draft.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. With Thunderbird set as mail handler, type 'mailto:user@email' into location bar
2. Alternatively, use Address Book to select an address to write an email to
3. Close the compose window

Actual Results:  
Mail discarded without prompting the user to save; manually saving as draft does
not work either

Correction - can't duplicate the 'Save as Draft' failure, but the user is still
not prompted to save as draft when the compose window is closed manually without
sending the email.
