when opening the home page in English (or Chinese - same problem), and clicking
on  any of the menu items on the left, the corresponding text should be loaded
in the frame on the right hand side, but it doesn't. The frame is loaded
correctly in IE.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. load http://www.chinaembassy.org.sg/eng/
2. click on "Embassy Info" or "Visa and Passport" in the menu on the right


Actual Results:  
content of the frame on the right hand side does not load.

Expected Results:  
Content should be loaded correctly.

Using default theme on HP nx5000

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
