when forwarding or replying to email in Hotmail, each line begins with the 
following code > The email becomes almost illegible for the recipents.  This 
happens with both Mozilla and Firefox (and Netscape, altho I know you don't 
handle that.) Only Explorer seems to be fine. Thank you.

1.Respond or forward any email in Hotmail account.

The following appears on my screen in the email box:

Expected Results:
