I'm not sure if that's your bug. Here's what's happening on PIII 650 Slackware
10.1 maps of my area on the site traffic411.com are shown as
about 1 sec of map
about 1 sec of yellow background in the area occupied by the map.

No such problem in Mozilla 1.2 or in firefox 1.0 on windows on the same machine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Point firefox 1.0 to traffic411.com
2. Select some area
3. See the flashing
close the bug if no repro or if it's a flash plugin bug :-)
I don't think the map is displayed using flash though.

Actual Results:  
Yellow background in the map alternating with the map image

Expected Results:  
The map image should have been steady with only accident markers flashing
For some reason it works now. Closing since I can't reliably reproduce this.
