If you go to aform that you have submitied info to (Google Search) and double
click the text-field it will bring up a list of previously typed items, if you
use a mouse that has a scroller and use it, the text goes along with it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to google.com
2. Search for google and then double click the search box
3. When the list comes up, use a mouse with a scroll wheel and scroll

Actual Results:  
The text goes along with the mosue

Expected Results:  
Exited out of the text list
