I found that several people in like to receive all the emails sent by bugzilla.
After googling I found that others also had a problem but there were no "ready
to use" patch to solve it. Thus I created one that will be attached soon.

the patch that adds "sendallmail" parameter
You are not allowed to grant review to patches. Moreover, your bug is a dupe of
bug 277370. First check the patch submitted there and eventually submit your
own there. But only use the request flag (review?).
